"إن بناء الدولة يبدأ بالتعليم ؛ والأطفال في المستقبل سيكونون هم المسؤولون عن بناء الاقتصاد" قالت تيريز لوكين غيزيل، سفيرة النرويج في السودان ، التي أعربت عن التزام النرويج بدعم انتقال السودان إلى جمهورية ديمقراطية شاملة.

"علينا التأكد بشكل الخاص من حصول الفتيات على هذا التعليم لأنهن لا يتلقون نفس الفرص من حيث امكانية التسجيل والحضور."

Education in emergencies program supports children to continue learning in Sudan

Save the Children with funding from the European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid is implementing Education in Emergencies program in Rokero, Golo and Nertiti in Sudan.

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL IN SUDAN RECIEVES GRANT FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION AND EUROPEAN CIVIL PROTECTION AND HUMANITARIAN AID OPERATIONS FOR NEW PROJECTS

Khartoum, May 10th, 2021 – Save the Children International in Sudan has received a grant from its longstanding partners the European Union and the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations to fund new projects in across Sudan.

The Education Quality Improvement Program (EQUIP)-funded by the European Union in AbuGbaiha- South Kordofan

Conflicts in South Kordofan for nearly a decade has left many children vulnerable, out of school, and in need of urgent humanitarian assistance. South Kordofan has recently become accessible due to the peace dialogue that resulted in signing the peace agreement between the Sudan Revolutionary Front (SRF) rebel alliance and the Civilian-led Transitional Government of Sudan on 3 October 2020.
